
Qualified in 1999 from the Manchester School of Physiotherapy, Rhian worked within the NHS and private sector in South Wales and in Australia for 6 months before setting up One2One Therapy in 2004.
Rhian’s passion for her work and her hands on approach to physiotherapy has allowed her clinic to evolve from a small treatment room at the Esporta Health Club in Bridgend to what it is today. Rhian has made sure that the physiotherapists working alongside her have the same passion for manual therapy to ensure every client has a hands on, one to one treatment experience.
Not only is Rhian an experienced musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapist, but she has also been a qualified acupuncturist since 2004.

Qualified in 1990 from the Cardiff School of Physiotherapy, Andrea is an experienced physiotherapist having worked within the NHS and private sector across South Wales for over 20 years.
Andrea has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal problems. She is currently working as an Extended Scope Practitioner at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital specialising in triage and management of spinal conditions. She is also a fully qualified acupuncturist.

Qualified in 2001 from the University of Salford, Angharad has spent the past ten years honing her skills as a Chartered Physiotherapist both in the NHS and private sector.
A keen athlete, she adds to her achievements, a karate black belt, nine marathons and two triathlons before specialising in cycling. In 2010, she represented Great Britain and Wales in the Commonwealth Games cycling race in Delhi, India.
Her enthusiasm and passion for sport translates to her work. She has worked closely with a variety of high level athletes and has a keen interest in the treatment, prevention and rehabilitation of all sports injuries, especially running and cycling. Angharad is also a fully qualified acupuncturist.

Qualified in 2004 from the University of Ulster, Niamh has worked extensively in private practice, the NHS and in the Irish Health Service. She also spent one year as a physiotherapist in Australia.
Throughout this time she has endeavoured to develop her musculoskeletal knowledge and skills by completing numerous post graduate courses and as such has become an excellent manual therapist.
She also has a keen interest in sports injury and rehabilitation and was the senior physiotherapist for elite county level men’s and ladies Gaelic football teams from 2007–2009.

Qualified in 2004 from Keele University, Jordanna has worked extensively in the NHS, private sector and within professional sports teams. She is currently working towards an MSc in Orthopaedic Medicine at Middlesex University, London.
Jordanna’s dedication to post graduate training and research has allowed her to master her extended manual therapy skills, and she is also a fully qualified injection therapist.
Through her work in sport and her own interest, she has developed a special interest in shoulder pathologies and in adolescent/growth disorders. She is also fully qualified in acupuncture.

Sarah joined the team at One2One Therapy in September 2006. A background in the health industry, from working in sales and pharmaceuticals has enabled Sarah to become a crucial member of the team, and help with the growth of the business.
Her main role now as practice manager is to liaise with the numerous insurance companies, consultants, and private patients that are clients of the clinic. Sarah is always willing to help you with any queries you may have, so please get in touch.
