Adam spent over 20 years as a professional athlete, competing for Great Britain and England in both athletics and triathlon.
He began his career as a middle-distance runner, specialising in the 3000m steeplechase, where he became British Champion, Olympic Trials winner, and placed 9th at the 2006 Commonwealth Games.
In 2008, Adam transitioned into triathlon, going on to compete across all distances—from Sprint to Ironman. He raced in the World Triathlon Series, represented GB internationally, and set the British record for Ironman 70.3 with a time of 3:35:03.

His career highlights include:

After stepping back from racing in 2022, Adam now focuses on helping others move better, feel better, and enjoy running—through a powerful combination of Raynor deep tissue massage therapy and Run Fundamentals coaching.
