The whole of the UK is facing a challenge right now - and as a champion for health and wellbeing in the Bridgend area, we are playing our part to help our local community.
We're still providing video consultations to our clients via Skype, Facetime, Whatsapp and Zoom and we've added lots of new online classes and even a new online Triathlon Group.
We've created a special Facebook Group to help support and encourage members of our local community, and we'll also be sharing online exercises, mindfulness and yoga videos, tips and advice, as well as practical help and someone to talk to.
