Using state of the art RS Scan dynamic pressure analysis & Optogait movement analysis, Matt provides his runners with one of the most up to date gait analysis consultations in the UK. With this technology, Matt is able to give advice on your running technique and prescribe exercises, orthoses and running footwear.

Advanced Biomechanical Screening

For those requiring a more detailed running assessment, our advanced Biomechanical screening gives you the opportunity to have a combined session with both a physiotherapist and a podiatrist. This unique assessment is invaluable for injury prevention and performance enhancement.

During this 90 minute appointment, our experts will assess you individually AND carry out a joint running assessment using the latest technology for accurate assessment and analysis of your gait pattern and biomechanics. With this data, our run specialists will advise you on your running technique, prescribe exercises and give you footwear advice.
