Strength and Conditioning is a critical addition to any fitness routine regardless of your age or ability. Whether you’re an elite athlete, recreational sportsperson, teenager with poor coordination or older person following a joint replacement, strength and conditioning is extremely beneficial.
Here at one2one, we offer 1:1 strength & conditioning coaching for adults and children with our expert Patrick Foley. We also run a strength and conditioning class every Monday at 5.45pm in our studio with our lead physiotherapist Angharad Mason.
If your problem is more complex and you wish to focus your attention on certain muscle groups that need strengthening, following an injury or surgery perhaps, the compex muscle stimulator can be used to target those weak muscles during a physiotherapy session. The great thing about our compex machine is that our pads are wireless so they don’t restrict you performing the exercises prescribed. Once normal strength is regained, you can then move onto 1:1 or class based S&C.
