Beth has been practicing yoga since 2009 and completed her 200hour Yoga Teacher Training in Yosemite, California in July 2015. Since then, she has been teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Yin, Pregnancy and Hot yoga all over the UK and China.
Beth says “For me yoga is about pausing your life and just being in the present for the length of your practice, rather than thinking about a million other things. My favourite part about teaching yoga is watching my pupils transform physically and mentally throughout their practice. I believe we practice yoga for what life throws at us when we leave the mat.”
Beth has also completed a level 2 Exercise to Music Qualification in Sept 2014 and a Personal Training Qualification in December 2017. She offers 1:1 personal training sessions for mobility, weight loss, HIIT and strength training for clients of all abilities and ages. Beth tries to make exercise as fun and rewarding as possible to ensure her clients will want to come back and do more, not dread a workout.
