For Claire, yoga is a way of life. It is a place where she connects with her body, her breath and her spirit. She has been teaching since 2013 after completing a Yoga teaching Diploma with Yoga Alliance in Bath and has also completed further training in Yin Yoga in London. Claire has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and in that time has experienced many different styles, teachers and workshops. Her classes are a blend of Hatha, Flow and Yin yoga weaved together with breathwork and meditation. She is a naturally sensitive and intuitive teacher and hopes to create a nurturing and supportive environment for you to develop your yoga practice. Claire also leads Kirtan (mantra meditation) and is a Reiki Master Practitioner.
