​Tina is a qualified Peak Pilates instructor & is proud to teach Classical Pilates, following the original works of the late Joseph Pilates.

She teaches Pilates on the mat, classes and 1:1 sessions, reformer, also group MVE chair and Nordic Walking

Throughout her life she has always been active, horse riding, running and attending the gym. She likes to run 10k and half marathon races and loves to walk her dog in her spare time.

Pilates came into her life in 2013 after attending local classes. She could see straightaway the benefits of Pilates, for sportsmen/women, to help keep them injury free and improve their field of sport, to people who are in rehabilitation from illness’s or injuries. She receives referrals from physiotherapists to help patients improve their core strength and flexibility and tailors their workout to suit. She takes pride in seeing her clients grow stronger. She finds Pilates rewarding and fulfilling in so many ways.

Nordic Walking has recently come into Tina’s life where she enjoys being in the outdoor using the Nordic Walking Poles. The poles help correct posture, gain strength, complete training of the whole body for all ages, genders and physical conditions.

Tina is a great believer that exercise is great for the mind, body and soul.
