Tracy joined the one2one team in 2011 as a part time receptionist. Over the years her dedication, loyalty, enthusiasm and hard work has given her the opportunity to expand her role into practice manager. She is an instrumental part of the team and in the success and growth of the clinic.

Tracy manages the day to day running of the clinic and is the person you go to for any queries. She is always happy to help and goes out of her way to ensure our clients receive a first class service.

During her time at one2one, Tracy has always embraced our sporting activities outside of work. She’s cycled 3 charity rides to Taunton for 2 wish upon a star, completed the Pencoed Novice Triathlon, ran several Porthcawl park runs and set up our own one2one running club. All of which have been completed without regular training but she always turns up and gives 100%!

Tracy is our Karaoke Queen, she’s always singing whilst she works. Don’t worry, she has a lovely voice!
