Tracy Harris - Owner of One2One Therapy

Tracy is the Owner and Practice Manager of One2One Physiotherapy & Wellbeing Bridgend, having purchased the clinic in 2022 after leading and developing the service as Practice Manager since 2011.

Under her leadership, the clinic has grown into a busy, highly respected multidisciplinary wellbeing centre serving Bridgend and the surrounding areas.

With over 30 years’ experience in customer service and people management, Tracy began her career at just 15 as a receptionist at Spectrum Technologies in the aerospace sector. There, she undertook extensive professional training and progressed into leadership roles, building strong operational, organisational and commercial expertise. She has managed people throughout her working life and leads with high standards, accountability and a genuine commitment to quality — while never being afraid to roll up her sleeves and get stuck in alongside the team.

A true people person, Tracy believes that kindness costs nothing and that you never truly know what someone else may be going through.

She has always been driven by a desire to help others, and by growing One2One into a thriving and well-established clinic, she has created a professional yet welcoming environment where patients can access expert, evidence-based care across multiple disciplines under one roof.

Her leadership style balances professionalism with warmth and humour. She believes work should be a positive place to be, that we can all achieve more when we feel supported, and that a little laughter goes a long way — especially on busy clinic days.

A proud mum to her two grown children, Kate and Rowan, partner to Warren and devoted dog owner to Hattie and Mabel, Tracy values balance, resilience and continuous personal growth — principles that shape both her leadership and the culture of the clinic.
